Niel Coetzee: The New IT Support Team Addition in San Francisco
Niel is one of the latest additions to the On Time Tech IT Support Desk team in San Francisco. As a support desk technician for OTT, Niel assists with incoming tickets, as well as addressing NOC issues remotely. Prior to working for OTT, Niel worked as a Senior Primary Support Engineer and comes to us with qualifications in administering SQL Server 2012. He is also Continuum certified and is currently studying for the MCSE Server Infrastructure 2016 certification, as well as studying Azure AD.
Although Niel is a recent addition to the IT support team in San Francisco, he has been working in the Tech Industry for over 12 years! He enjoys the pace at which technology moves, and keeping his finger on the pulse. He also enjoys the challenge with regards to infrastructure design and deployment.
When Niel is not working, you can find him cooking for friends and family, or spending lazy days on wine farms. He also enjoys a night out trying new craft beers, hitting the dance floor here and there, and playing a round of pool!
