Jerome adds 9+ years of experience in the IT industry to the On Time Tech Support Desk team, and carries an impressive list of certifications, including as Comptia A+, Comptia N+, CISCO: CCNA, and ITIL V4 Foundation. At On Time Tech, Jerome assists our clients with incoming support tickets and phone calls, and troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to end users, networks, and servers. Prior to working for OTT, Jerome worked for another Managed Services Provider providing similar Help Desk assistance.
In his free time, you can find Jerome enjoying cooking (especially South African Bunny Chow – bread filled with delicious spicy curry!), BBQ’ing, watching/playing soccer, fishing, and spending time with his family at the beach/parks and on family holidays.
