As the Dispatch Coordinator for On Time Tech, Kershney is responsible for organizing and managing all incoming support and dispatch requests/tickets, and ensuring that client issues are addressed timely by the best-available technician.
Kershney brings 18 years of experience to the On Time Tech team, having worked as a Service Coordinator and Project Manager for large telecommunications companies prior to joining us. She also has certifications in Customer Service and Project Management, and is continuing her education by studying Business Management. Kershney enjoys working in IT because it is always changing and there is always something new to learn, and especially appreciates the great teamwork and working in sync with others on the OTT team.
In her free time, Kershney enjoys taking her Yorkies on walks, binge watching T.V. series, and watching football with her husband on the weekends (she is a massive Liverpool fan!).
